What this website is all about
I am a San Luis Obispo Entrepreneur on a mission to collect the Entrepreneurial Knowledge of some of the smartest people in our world, all in one comprehensive website. None of this information was written by me and all of it is to be used at your own discretion.
The SLO Entreprenuer is for the person who wants to read entrepreneur articles but doesn’t want to spend the time to find the good ones and search through all of them. Let Chris do the work for you. I will add good posts as I find them and prune the blogs that get stupid. You just sit back and read.
This is an experiment, not a money-making opportunity for me. I have no plans to gain financially from this. I’m not going to put any ads in the feed. I’m doing it because it is cool and because it shows how easy it is to build complex web objects using simple web objects with open standards.
I don’t have permission from any of the original sources to republish their blogs. If you want me to take your blog off SLO Entrepreneur, drop me a note at chris.r.mccann [at] gmail.com. But I don’t see why you would want to take your article off SLO entrepreneur. The RSS feed for The Entrepreneur Channel gives full credit to the original source of the article and RSS ads work.

Currently
I am the Director of the Ray Scherr Business Plan Competition and Innovation Quest at California Polytechnic State University in beautiful San Luis Obispo, California. It’s an exciting place to be right now. My talented team and I are working with 24 entrepreneurial teams on their quests to create the next hot startups of this generation.

Personal
I grew up in Torrance, California. It was amazing I love Southern California. I believe strongly in conservation, meeting new people, and expanding your horizons. More importantly, I think life should be fun, real fun. That’s how I live.
When I graduate I will go work for a startup and then start my own soon after. Eventually I want to be a Venture Capitalist and help talented entrepreneurs create good companies.
